1. Digital Gift Cards Only
Majestic Locs gift cards are digital gift cards. No physical card will be issued.
2. Redeemable for Services Only
Gift cards may be redeemed exclusively for loc services offered by Majestic Locs. They are not valid for retail products unless explicitly stated.
3. Non‑Refundable & No Cash Value
Gift cards are non‑refundable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunds.
4. Transferability
Gift cards may be gifted or transferred to another individual but may not be resold.
5. Expiration
Gift cards do not expire, except where required by applicable provincial or local law.
6. Booking & Redemption
Gift cards must be applied at the time of booking or checkout. All appointments are subject to availability and Majestic Locs’ standard booking policies.
7. Late Arrivals & No‑Shows
Late arrivals or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the appointment and/or gift card value, in accordance with salon policy.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Misused Cards
Treat your gift card like cash. Majestic Locs is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
9. Partial Redemption
If the service total is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will remain available for future use. If the total exceeds the balance, the difference must be paid at checkout.
10. Service Pricing Changes
Service prices are subject to change. Gift cards apply to the current service price at the time of redemption.
11. Fraud & Abuse
Majestic Locs reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel gift cards suspected of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.
12. Acceptance of Terms
Purchase or use of a Majestic Locs gift card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
